Jocelyn Lane: born Jocelyn Bolton in Vienna Austria, 1937 of an English father and Russian mother and is the younger sister of English-Austraian actress and pinup Mara Lane (b 1930). Brought up in New Rochelle, New York, she moved to the UK in 1951 and began modelling as “Jackie Lane”. First film appearance in April in Portugal (1955), moved to Hollywood in 1964 as Jocelyn Lane. Starred opposite Elvis in Tickle Me (1965), appeared in Playboy (September 1966) and filled the poster of Hell’s Belles (1969). Retired in 1971 on marrying a Spanish prince. She is not the Jackie Lane (born 1941) who played Dodo in Doctor Who (UK TV 1966).
