Miss Tompkins is efficient and notably photogenic as the lady who won’t take maybe for an answer and, more importantly, she stresses one of the film’s most pertinent observations “You can’t have it both ways;” unfortunately, “I Love My Wife” tries that trick and doesn’t succeed ~ NY Times
